About us

Sea Goat Farmstand & Folk School Mission

Sea Goat Farmstand & Folk School exists to preserve, share, and celebrate traditional and heritage crafts by creating space for people in our community to teach one another. We believe that valuable knowledge lives in many hands — from lifelong makers to quiet tradition-keepers — and that everyone has something worth sharing.

Our Folk School is rooted in traditional crafts & practical skills, passed down through generations and kept alive through time. Alongside these offerings, we also promote classic art lessons and foundational creative skills, honoring both time-tested techniques and artistic exploration.

We aim to make learning accessible and affordable, welcoming people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels into a supportive, hands-on environment. Through skill-sharing, storytelling, and making together, we strengthen community connection and honor the knowledge that has always been there.
